SMS / Text Messaging Terms
These SMS Terms govern your use of and participation in text messaging communications from Vairos LLC (“Vairos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Overview

2. Opting In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Vairos when you:
- Check the SMS consent box on a form at vairos.ai and submit the form with your mobile number
- Explicitly agree in writing (including via email) to receive SMS messages from us
- Provide your mobile number during onboarding or product setup and opt in through the product interface
Your opt-in is specific to the number you provide. If you change your mobile number, you must re-enroll with the new number.
3. Opting Out
You can opt out of the SMS program at any time. There are three ways to opt out:
- Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages from the program.
- Email hello@vairos.ai with the subject line “SMS OPT OUT” and the mobile number you want removed.
- Update your preferences inside your Vairos account if you are a product customer.
Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours. Transactional messages required for account security or legal compliance may continue after opt-out, as permitted by applicable law.
4. Getting Help
For help with the SMS program:
- Reply HELP to any message from us. You will receive a short message with contact information.
- Email hello@vairos.ai for any questions about the program.
5. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. See our Privacy Policy for full details about how we handle your information.
Mobile information is not shared for marketing purposes.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of services we provide to you is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier, device, and signal. Vairos is not responsible for carrier delays, failures, or charges associated with SMS delivery.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you confirm both.
8. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active SMS subscribers via text message before taking effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
